JOIN & REGISTER FOR PROGRAMS

Join

There are several ways to join LearningQUEST:

  • Click LOGIN and then click the ‘Join LearningQUEST‘ button.  (You will have the option of creating an online account. If you are already a member, click the ‘Create Online Account‘ button to create your online account.) 
  • Or, click the ‘Membership Form‘ button below to download the form to your local computer.
    • Complete the form and mail it and fees to:

    • Bring the completed form to our office. During non-office hours, completed forms and fees can be dropped off in the office door mail slot.
  • Or, attend a Rally Day in January or July at the Jaycees Building.

If you have set up your LearningQUEST online account,  it is simple to LOGIN to your account where you can pay your fees and register for your desired programs.

If you prefer, however, you can download the Registration Form by clicking the button below. You can complete this form with your desired programs and mail in the form and your fees payment check to:
